Serenity Solutions Therapy is a boutique clinic designed to connect clients to appropriate practitioners based on the client's current concerns.
Interested clients have to opportunity to meet with our full-time psychotherapist for a complementary intake assessment. From there, clients will be connected with an appropriate practitioner to begin their therapeutic journey.
Kate is a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Canadian Counsellor. Kate offers both individual and couples therapy virtually to clients all across Canada. Kate specializes in working with clients with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship issues. She is currently accepting new clients. Please reach out to meet with Kate.

Therapy at Serenity Solutions Therapy can benefit anyone who is struggling with a mental health challenge or looking to improve their overall emotional well-being. We work with clients aged 18-65 and a variety of backgrounds.
In your first therapy session, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and your goals for treatment. We will also talk about your medical history and any current symptoms you may be experiencing.
The frequency of therapy sessions will depend on your individual needs and goals. Many clients attend therapy once a week, while others may attend less frequently. We will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan.
